Spain to Guarantee Banks' Bonds for Up to Five Years (Update1) (Bloomberg)
Nov. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Spain will guarantee bond sales by its banks for as long as five years under a 200 billion-euro ($256 billion) program to encourage lending, said three people with knowledge of the plan.
